Criminal facts

On July 4, 2018, at least 22:30, the Defendant: (a) discovered to the E police officer belonging to the Sejong-ro Police Station D police box, who was on patrol, while on patrol, was exposed to the E at least eight-lanes in front of the Seoul Jongno-gu C sales outlet; and (b) prevented the Defendant from passing the patrol box to the said E to “whether the police officer was assigned to the police officer,” and preventing him from moving to the police station.

In addition, the Defendant continued to listen to the explanation that “in the event of interference with the operation of patrol vehicles, it will interfere with the performance of official duties” from the above E, and the Defendant obstructed legitimate performance of duties concerning the crime prevention, public safety and maintenance of order of police officers by using force to stop the use of force by changing the direction of the patrol vehicles and blocking the use of the foregoing E, and thereby preventing the use of force in front of the patrol vehicles.
