1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff was a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling gold bullion and metal products, and operated a factory for manufacture and sale in the Kimpo-si, Yangpo-si 512-3, Kimpo-si. (2) On January 21, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a system security contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant security contract”).

The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a system security contract from around 2006, and continued the contract by way of re-contract prior to the expiration of the period stipulated in the contract.

In this context, the main contents of the contract dated January 21, 2015 shall be extracted and stated, but it shall be stated as reduced or modified to the extent that it does not undermine the purport.

Security Services: Services for crime prevention, CCTV additional services: Term and conditions shall govern the general guard insurance, and the service contract period of boundary/defication letter service: Antenna line and exclusive line installation equipment: (2) DVR 4ch Camera 2, respectively, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

When the Plaintiff has selected a public line (general telephone line) with the Defendant in connection with this contract, he/she agrees not to be liable for any accident caused by a telephone station or external disorder that could not be controlled by the Company, and for any accident caused by fire, power failure, flood, etc., other than the provision of services.

3 The main contents of the above contract are as follows:

The defendant shall provide the plaintiff with services such as guard, surveillance, etc. for the objects within the guard area.

“Service” refers to the service provided by the Defendant to the Plaintiff as prescribed in this Agreement by the Defendant to the customer, as well as the service attached thereto.
