Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2017, the Defendant driven a Bcoon car from the 10km section of approximately 10km to the 175-Advance road of the Gu, the alcohol level of which is 0.145% under the influence of alcohol level from the 10km section of the Gu to the 175-Advance road of the Gu.
