Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On August 17, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 17:51, and proceeded along three-lanes in the direction of the Han-do, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, along the four-lane distance from the Ne-ro, along the three-lane distance.
