Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 16, 2015, at around 20:10, the Defendant: (a) damaged the property by leaving the victim’s house at the victim’s house in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul on the ground that the victim D (n, 40 years of age) who resides in the above house (n, 40 years of age) brought his or her desire to attend the school on his or her day; and (b) leaving the family of the victim’s house in his or her entrance, he or she was in a dispute with the victim with his or her entrance, and destroying the property equivalent to his or her amount by leaving the door in his or her entrance and leaving the door, thereby damaging the safety walking at the market price of 20,00 won, which is a locking device for assisting

2. The Defendant, when and at the same time and place as the above Paragraph 1, violated the right to view, destroyed the right to view, open the door door against the victim’s will, and intrudes on the victim’s house into the victim’s residence.

3. In order to prevent the Defendant from entering the house at the same time and place as the above Paragraph 1 above, the Defendant suffered bodily injury, such as salt cel joints, which requires approximately 14 days’ treatment, by cutting the victim’s hand, and cutting down the victim’s right hand hand hand.
