Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

A (year 52, South) is a used vehicle exporter, a person who is sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year and six months, suspension of execution for two years, personal information registration for a year, and a person who is subject to acquisition of personal information for a year, and a person who must submit the changed personal information, such as photograph and submission, address, residence, occupation, etc., to the chief of the police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days.

Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to photograph and submit a modified photograph by September 6, 2013, which was within one year after submitting a modified photograph on September 7, 2012.
