Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2015, at around 05:50, the Defendant driven BMW car at a distance of approximately 1k from the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.136% to the front of the bank located in the Seocho-dong, Busan, Dong-gu, Busan, to the extent that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.136%.
