A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

1. Around 18:35 on April 30, 2020, the Defendant, while driving the above cargo vehicle and proceeding along the intersection of the southwest-gun, Taenam-gun with a retaining wall located on the left side of the road in the Yellow-gun, the Defendant left the road without taking necessary measures, such as moving the said cargo vehicle back to the two-lanes of the road, even though the vehicle turned back and stopped on the two-lanes of the road, and went away without taking necessary measures.

2. Around 18:35 on April 30, 2020, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 3 km from the front side of the Health Care Center in Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun to the southwest-do, 1952-16, to the intersection of the Southwest-do.
