Punishment of the crime

1. On May 12, 2013, at around 06:17, the Defendant destroyed a large finial flagpole, which is owned by the victim of the large 10,000 won in the market, by putting the finial flag, which is set up adjacent to the house gate of the victim C (n, 53 years of age) of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by hand, on the ground that it is a finite finite, which is located adjacent to the house gate, and caused damage to the property.
