A shall be punished by a fine of 800,000 won, and a fine of 200,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants purchased the housing site and constructed the housing site to install the purification tank without installing the sewage and wastewater pipe, but did not want to install the purification tank, and directly performed the construction of the sewage and wastewater pipe with his own expense. On November 13, 2018, from around 15:50 to the next day 06:00 on the following day, Defendant B parked a passenger car in the same manner as that of the Defendant at the same place as that of the above paragraph (1) and obstructed Defendant B’s construction work as waste water pipelines in a manner that the victim did not comply with the request of the victim to deduct the vehicle and did not comply with the request of the victim.
