Punishment of the crime
In March 2016, the Defendant became aware of the Victim F (L, 45 years of age) working in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., a cargo driver, and became aware of the relationship with the Defendant. From March 2016, the Defendant was suspected of having an internal relationship with G, the director of the company where the victim had been working in order to avoid contact with the Defendant and not to keep the Defendant.
