All PS-S-S-public material transport shall be leased, taken out and brought in, under the responsibility of the lessee.

Article 1(Lease Goods and Lease Period) (2) The term of the lease of the above object is from November 27, 2012 to November 2013 (from the date of the first storage of materials to the date of the completion of construction).

3. The contract period shall be based on the period of construction completion from the date of the first entry into the above contract quantity, and the defendant shall not demand refund even before the contract is terminated.

Article 2(Determinations and Settlement Conditions) (3) Where there is a difference between the actual supplied quantity and the quantity stated in the contract as a result of an inspection after the completion of compulsory supply, the rent shall be estimated for the difference, and the difference shall be paid or refunded immediately.

Article 4 (Extension of Period) In principle, if a lessee requests an extension of the lease term, the renewal contract shall be in principle, and if it is inevitable to extend without entering into a renewal contract under mutual agreement, it shall be extended in accordance with the renewal contract, but the additional lease fees under the renewal contract shall apply to the lease fees pursuant to the excess months specified in the indication

Article 5 (Guarantee of Payment for Goods and Payment for Rent) (3) The security of paragraphs (1) and (2) may be substituted by a payment performance guarantee insurance policy issued in the State of Guarantee Insurance.

In such cases, the insurance period shall be from December 2012 to December 2013.
