A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of the execution of four months of imprisonment by violating the Mountainous Districts Management Act, etc. by the District Court on April 25, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 3, 2013.

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, the Defendant cut trees with 7,190 square meters of the 7,190 square meters of the Sincheon-si C Forest and Forest, a historic and cultural environment preservation area located within a distance of 500 meters from F, a natural monument, from January 10, 2013 to February 25, 2013.

In order to transport trees cut as above, the public prosecutor also instituted a public prosecution on the part that the defendant constructed a road of about three meters in width and about seventy meters in length in Qgu 198 square meters. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge this, this part of the facts charged is deleted, and there is no separate verdict of innocence as to the construction of the above road.

3. No person who violates the Act on Protection and Inspection of Buried Cultural Heritage shall excavate buried cultural heritage, have already been verified, or change the present state of the area of buried cultural heritage in the area of buried cultural heritage.
