Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 30, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon his/her residence by dividing the passwords of the victim’s residence and releasing the locking device, and entering the room of the victim’s residence, with the escape number already known, in order to find the victim as a result of the Defendant’s intimidation at the residence of the victim C, 403 Dong 708 Dong 708 (18 years and inn) around 05:30, 2016.

2. On the ground that the said victim got together with her mother and mother at the sperm located at the entrance of the apartment at around 07:20 of the above day, the injured Defendant assaulted the victim on the second floor stairs, following the victim, on the ground that “D, C. h.
