A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Daejeon District Court on August 17, 2007, issued a summary order of a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on November 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking regulations by receiving a summary order of four million won or more for the same crime from the same court.
