Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the captain of B (1.40 tons)(1.40 tons) who is a fishing vessel for the coastwise of the Haan-gun.

No one shall load fishing gear, other than the fishing gear licensed, permitted, approved or reported.

Nevertheless, around March 4, 2017, the Defendant loaded a 1.6 nautical miles of the Newanan-gun of the Naman-gun of the Newanan-gun of the Republic of Korea on the vessel at around 11:17, and without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, etc., one mold of the snick snick snick-snick net fishing gear.
