Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On December 26, 201, the Defendant who filed a design change report is a building owner who purchased the said land and newly built a detached house after having reported it to the competent authority on the construction area E of the wife population, the total floor area of which is 109.46 square meters, the total area of which is 187.34 square meters, and the use of the two-story detached house.

Where a project owner intends to change any reported matter, he/she shall report it to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a report on the change of design with the competent authority, executed the construction area of 130.02 square meters on the said land from August 2012 to the lower police officer from January 2013, 2013, by changing the total floor area of 130.02 square meters, total floor area of 199.58 square meters into one underground floor and two above ground.

(b) A project owner who has not obtained approval for use shall be prohibited from using or allowing to use a building unless he/she obtains approval for use;

Nevertheless, the defendant has occupied and used the above building on August 2013 without obtaining approval from the competent authorities.

2. Defendant B

A. On November 26, 201, the Defendant who filed a design change report is a building owner who purchased the said land and newly built a detached house after having reported it to the competent authority for the purpose of detached housing with a building area of 109.46 square meters, total floor area of 187.34 square meters, and a building owner who purchased the said land for the purpose of detached housing of 2nd floor.

Where a project owner intends to change any reported matter, he/she shall report it to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a report on the change of design with the competent authority, constructed the building area on the said land from September 2012 to July 2013, 2013 by changing the total floor area of 176.65 square meters, total floor area of 243.39 square meters into one underground floor and two above ground.

(b) A project owner who has not obtained approval for use shall be prohibited from using or allowing to use a building unless he/she obtains approval for use;

Nevertheless, the defendant has occupied and used the above building on May 2016 without obtaining approval from the competent authorities.

3. Defendant C

A. On December 3, 2012, the Defendant, who filed a design change report, is around December 3, 201.
