1. On April 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the “Cpcam” located on the first floor of B underground in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) cut off a 150,000 won of the market price in which the victim’s cash 40,000 won, and E card 1,000 won, which was on the victim’s seat, were included; and (c) cut off a total of three times from May 23, 2019 in the same manner, such as the daily list of crimes in attached Table 1, in total as in the same manner as in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, the Defendant invaded a building managed by another person at night, and stolen the property of KRW 122,00,00,000, which is the victim’s possession.

2. On May 2, 2019, around 06:35, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the structure of the victims in the same way ten times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 2, from May 29, 2019 to May 29, 2019, on the “GPc Account” located in the F4th floor in Gyeonggi-gu, Mangdong-gu, U.S., Gyeonggi-do; (b) having entered the structure manager against the intent of the victim H for the purpose of printing stolen objects.

3. 절도 피고인은 2019. 4. 21. 00:06경 경기 군포시 I, 3층에 있는 ‘Jpc방’에서 게임을 하던 중, 피해자 K이 자리를 비운 틈을 이용하여 피해자의 좌석 위에 있던 피해자 소유인 신분증과 체크카드 각 1매, 시가 미상의 핸드크림 1개 등이 들어 있는 시가 300만 원 상당의 샤넬 가방 1개를 가지고 간 것을 비롯하여, 그 때부터 2019. 5. 29.까지 별지 3 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 13회에 걸쳐 같은 방법으로, 피해자들 소유인 합계 6,115,600원 상당의 재물을 절취하였다.
