1. On February 28, 2018, the Defendant deposited 18,077,60 won with the Busan District Court Seo- Branch Office No. 284 for the year 2018.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including a serial number; hereinafter the same shall apply), it can be recognized that the land divided from Eul-gu, Gangseo-gu, Busan (hereinafter the "instant land") No. 118 square meters (hereinafter the "instant land") is the land divided from Eul-gu, 2,145 square meters (Gu Gyeongnam-gun, Kim Young-gun, Daung-gun, 649 square meters), and that the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on December 18, 1962 in the name of "F" to the address of Busan Northern-gu, Busan. Thus, the instant land is presumed to have been owned by the above F.

In addition, comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 4, 5 and 6, the plaintiff's name was H, the plaintiff's Dong I was born in J Kimhae-gun K, the plaintiff's Dong Dong L was born in MN, the plaintiff's private village O, P and the plaintiff's Dong Q were born in R, respectively. The plaintiff's father network S was deceased on March 15, 1962, and the mother net died in each K around July 1, 1969. The aboveO was the plaintiff's domicile at the time of the first preparation of the resident registration record card on July 1, 1973 as the "Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-gu," and according to the fact that the plaintiff's domicile was born in V Kimhae-gun-gun, and the non-party was presumed to have been the plaintiff's owner of the land and the plaintiff's land as the owner of the land in this case's warranty (the plaintiff was presumed to have been the same as the plaintiff's owner of the land in this case.)
