A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:00 on July 8, 2013, the Defendant completed school classes at the bottom of D located in the Jeonju-gun, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim E (here, 19 years old) who returned home without marriage at the latest; and (b) had a mind to rape following the report.
At around 21:20 on the same day, the Defendant driven a car owned by the Defendant up to 800 meters in front of the village care center in F, and parked by the victim, and followed the victim by walking 1,400 meters again.
During that period, the victim had been feel about the continuation of the defendant and was in excess of the ground floor.
The Defendant, as seen above, failed to resist the victim by putting him in his hands, etc., followed the victim. On the other hand, the Defendant, who took the part of the victim’s clothes, taken the part of the victim’s chest over several times, and tried to get off his sexual organ in order to engage in sexual intercourse after taking the victim’s chest over several times, was placed on the victim’s hand, and escaped from the victim’s head one time with his hand.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to rape the victim.

2. On October 4, 2012, at around 20:35, the Defendant discovered that the victim H (n, 22 years of age) scams around the bus stops G short bus stops in the Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim from being mixed; (b) obstructed him/her from being seated by his/her own hand; and (c) obstructed the victim from being killed; and (d) scam and female face only if she wishes to die, her face is life; and (d) opened the victim beyond the floor to scam so as to cause the victim to be unable to drink, and caused the victim to resist drinking, she exceeded the victim’s half-bridge and clothes; and (e) took off one clothes and one smartphone from the victim frighting with the victim’s eye with the victim’s eye.
