A. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant driven a B salary-free vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.071% alcohol concentration at a section of approximately 1km to the village south of the same Ri on the road in front of the Dong-dong apartment unit located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Seognam-do, Samnam-do. In addition, the Defendant driven a B salary-free vehicle with alcohol content at approximately 0.071% under the influence of alcohol.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place, driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license.
