1. The Defendant’s KRW 204,813,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 12% per annum from September 26, 1993 to December 7, 2016.

1. By January 15, 1993, the Plaintiff supplied 204,813,000 won to the Defendant with the indication of the claim.

On March 19, 193, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the full amount of KRW 204,813,000 for the above goods up to May 25, 1994 by the Defendant’s beginning to pay the Plaintiff KRW 12% per annum on September 25, 1993. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the full amount of KRW 204,813,00 for the above goods up to seven installments by May 25, 1994.

However, since the Defendant did not pay KRW 17,00,000 for the goods that the Defendant agreed to pay in September 25, 1993, and did not pay in full the remainder of the goods, the Defendant is liable to pay in full the Plaintiff the price for the goods and delay damages.
