A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1395] On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the D Business Department Office in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (b) at the time of lending, the Defendant had borrowed money from F, an employee of the said Savings Bank, to offer a loan to a customer; (c) had been urged to repay the loan from F; (d) had the intent to repay the loan to F when borrowing money from G, the head of the said Savings Bank; and (e) had the intent to use the borrowed money to repay the loan to the customer; and (e) had no intent or ability to return the borrowed money to the victim within one week due to the above debt, the Defendant had borrowed money from F, an employee of the said Savings Bank, to pay the loan to the customer; and (e) had the victim lent KRW 140 million to the victim for the purpose of the pre-existing loan repayment.

Interest shall be paid by 0.2% per day, and shall be later than one week.
