1. Basic facts

A. Status 1 of the parties to the case is the Plaintiff Company A (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company”).

(2) Defendant C served as the representative director of the Plaintiff Company from December 5, 2013 to January 2, 2017, and Defendant C served as the spouse of Defendant C, and Defendant E as the spouse of Defendant C, and as the wife of Defendant C, respectively, as the director of the Plaintiff Company, and Defendant G is the father of Defendant C and D.

2 Plaintiff B paid Defendant C the remainder of KRW 23,370,000,00 on December 22, 2016, and the intermediate payment of KRW 400,000 on January 9, 2017, and paid KRW 23,370,000 on January 23, 2017, excluding the corporate tax and personnel expenses agreed to be deducted among the remainder of KRW 100,00,00.
