Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, from the 19:00 subway line 7 lines located in the Daegdong, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant opened a supporter and took part in the side of the victim C (the victim 30 years old, female) and carried out self-defense in the front line of the south-gu route.

In this respect, the defendant made a patently obscene act within the dynamics used by the public.
