A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:30 on September 20, 2015, at the Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, the Defendant: (b) considered the victim C (the 15-year-old age), who was not a usual appraisal, to take advantage of the stairs; (c) led the victim’s face at one time with the victim’s hand floor; (d) led the victim’s face to the parking lot; (e) 20 times at one time at the victim’s face; and (e) one time at one time at the victim’s face with kne, and (e) one time at the victim’s face.

As a result, the defendant suffered from the victim about two weeks of treatment, such as gympium and gympium around the snow.

2. At around 05:30 on September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) dispatched the scene after receiving 112 report to the entrance of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Literature Park, “The sound that people wrap; hereinafter the same shall apply)” as the day referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) of the said paragraphs; (b) discovered the police officer D and E of the Incheon Yeonsu-gu Incheon Training Police Station where the site was patroled; and (c) expressed a desire to “I am fling it, and I am fling it. I am a public official of Korea. I am bling it.”

The defendant continued to ask the defendant's female-friendly arrest F of the defendant, when the defendant's face D was taken once, due to the defect that the defendant tried to question the defendant's female-friendly arrest F.

As a result, the defendant assaulted D who is a police officer, thereby obstructing the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.
