Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2016, the Defendant called the “Saeman’s Ballast Convention” golf club operated by the Victim Taesung Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and promised to allow employees to use the golf club by 16 members of the 4 team around May 22, 2016.

The user fee of the golf course will be settled later.

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the usage fee even if he uses the above golf course as a situation in which the defendant is urged to pay the maximum amount of the obligation at the time.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and provided the victim with the service of using the above golf course amounting to KRW 4,290,000,000, around May 22, 2016, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.
