When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant who operates C Internet PC room in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, shall observe from 9 A.M. to 10 P.M., the hours for admitting juveniles.

Nevertheless, on August 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the code of practice of game water-related business operators without verifying the status of juvenile D(17 years) who is attending a high school in the above PC room on August 8, 2016.
