The Defendant, as the Plaintiff

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

B. From June 29, 2020 to June 29, 2020

1. On August 28, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant (a lease deposit: KRW 10,000,000, and the period: KRW 10,000: from August 28, 2019 to August 27, 2021; KRW 1,100,000) with respect to the real estate indicated in the separate sheet, and delivered the said real estate. Since the Defendant cancelled the said lease as a result of delayed payment of KRW 1,00,000 on December 28, 2019, the said lease agreement was cancelled as the Defendant did not pay the monthly rent after the payment of KRW 1,00,000, the said agreement was sought against the Defendant, the same judgment as the purport of the claim is applied to the Defendant.
