A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On January 9, 2013, the Defendant sold 10,000 shares per share to the said victim E at the H’s coffee shop near Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 2,500 shares per share to the said victim E.
