A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act from May 14, 2020 to around 04:25 of the same day, in the C District located within Ansan-si B from May 14, 2020 to around 04:25 of the same day, on the ground that C District guard E was removed from Defendant, while the issue of taxi engineer D and taxi fares was disputed, the C District guard E was against the police officials working at the above D and the above area, and the police officials working there were two police officials: (a) whether the police officials receive the alcohol.
