1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from November 28, 2013 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Grounds for claim;
A. In order to accept D (registration number E), the Defendant requested the Plaintiff to provide services related to mine takeover, and paid KRW 1,500,000 if the acceptance was made, to pay KRW 1,50,000,000, and, if the acceptance was not made, to pay KRW 500,000,000 for the expenses and services required for D acceptance until the end of June 2012.
B. However, the Defendant was unable to accept D.
C. Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay 500,000,000 won to the plaintiff as necessary expenses and service costs.
2. Judgment with no basis (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
