The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On October 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 06:25 on October 9, 2014, 2014, she led the victim, leading about about 20 meters of the victim’s head collection, leading the victim to approximately 20 meters of the victim’s head collection on the ground that the Defendant was able to drink the victim E (the victim E, 48 years of age) and drinking alcohol at the D cafeteria and the victim’s refusal to drink; and (b) the Defendant assaulted the victim.

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
