1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 53,602,957 and KRW 48,860,892 from November 22, 2018 to the day of full payment.

The cause of the instant claim is the same as the entry of the grounds for the instant claim (However, “creditor” shall be “Plaintiff,” “debtor” shall be “Defendant,” and “Defendant,” and the facts of the instant claim shall not be disputed between the parties, or shall be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the entry of evidence Nos. 1 through 4.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 53,602,957 (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 4,742,065) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 48,860,892, which is the day following the base date for calculating damages for delay, to the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 17.9% per annum from November 23, 2018 to the day of full payment.

On the other hand, the defendant is currently undergoing a criminal complaint case related to marina contract by suffering from fraud. However, the defendant's argument that the principal and interest of the debt of this case to be agreed with the other party to the above fraud crime is being prepared, currently in a job seeking, and is endeavoring to seek money from the other party. However, it is difficult to reject the plaintiff's claim against the defendant merely by the above argument.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
