The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015, and effective from October 1, 2015, the partial dismissal (if a duplicate of the complaint is served until September 29, 2015) is recognized as being 20% per annum from August 12, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
