Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Daejeon District Court’s Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 5, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On December 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) demanded that D, a public official in charge of the supply and demand of basic livelihood security at the first floor of the C-Eup Office, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) D, who is a public official in charge of the supply and demand of basic livelihood security in C-Eup office, demanded D to “to provide rice, kimchi, and heating expenses in addition to the supply and demand of basic livelihood security; and (c) D, on the ground that D paid rice only on the ground that he paid rice, “I would leave the Eup office of Chewing baby, I will remove it, and only if I will remove the width and remove it, I would like to inflict any injury on D’s body.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the National Basic Living Security Service of public officials.

2. On June 30, 2014, around June 30, 2014, the Defendant respondeded to E, on the first floor of the C-Eup Office of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant: (a) “A woman is a basic livelihood recipient; (b) is capable of maintaining the eligibility to receive basic living benefits if he moves to his domicile; (c)” on the ground that E, a public official in charge of receiving basic living benefits per household, can not be two persons; and (d) counseling with the public official in charge of receiving the transferred domicile, “I want not to stop the supply and demand as they move.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the National Basic Living Security Service of public officials.
