The Defendants: (a) from December 6, 2007 to Plaintiff A 25,450,000; and (b) from December 6, 2007:

B. Defendant C is the Plaintiff.

1. As to the defendants' obligations against the plaintiffs as indicated in the claim, KRW 32,250,00, KRW 16,500,000 against defendant C's obligations against the plaintiffs as well as their respective damages for delay, the Seoul Central District Court Order 2008Gadan123351.

The Defendants: (a) from December 6, 2007, each of the Plaintiffs A 25,450,000 won and the Defendants:

B. Defendant C shall pay to Plaintiff B 16,50,000 won with 5% interest per annum from January 16, 2008 to June 10, 2008, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

"C" was sentenced to a judgment and became final and conclusive on August 27, 2008 by Defendant C, and July 23, 2008 by Defendant D.

The instant lawsuit was filed for the extension of the statute of limitations.
