A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2016, the Defendant is scheduled to sell the land at C cafeteria located in Gangwon-gun B, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and to the victim D, who is the land, to whom the land exceeds KRW 400 million.

However, in fact, in order to pay the balance of land, the Defendant borrowed 30 million won from the information community corporation, 10 million won from the after-school leader E, 30 million won from the branch, and 70 million won from the Agricultural Cooperative, and did not have any intent or ability to repay the money to the victim within the given period, while the Defendant borrowed the money from the damaged person to pay the Defendant’s debt.

Around August 31, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 20 million from the damaged party to the agricultural bank account under the name of the Defendant, and obtained KRW 13.5 million from the same account around October 18 of the same year and acquired it by fraud.

2. On August 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on August 31, 2016, to the victim I, who was a branch in the G of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, G, with the difference between the land and the land; (b) however, there is a lack of money for the remainder and the remaining money; (c) there is no money for the remainder; and (d) there is no money for the remainder; and (d) there is no money for the remainder, more than the principal.

Money shall be repaid until November 29, 2016.
