1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including each number), the fact that each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 is subject to the following changes in real rights can be acknowledged:

(1) Attached No. 1 List: Registration of transfer of ownership on December 31, 1964 under the name of Defendant B on December 31, 1994; and (2) Registration of transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant B on January 15, 2014: Attached No. 2: December 31, 1964; and (3) Registration of transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant B on December 31, 1994; Attached No. 2: Registration of transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant B on December 31, 1994; and registration of transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant B on December 31, 1994. Registration of transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant B on October 14, 2013; Presidential Decree No. 14483, Oct. 15, 1979>

2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, the above registration of transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant B as described in paragraph (1) and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant B was entrusted to Defendant B after G purchased each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 from E on March 20, 198

The Plaintiff, as the heir (the heir 2/20 of the shares in inheritance) of the deceased G, terminated the above title trust agreement against the Defendant B, and as to the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 List No. 1, 20,000 won equivalent to 2/20 of the market price shall be damages, and as to the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 2 List No. 2, the Plaintiff shall seek unjust enrichment for the registration procedure

B. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3, 4, and 5, the ownership transfer registration in the name of the defendant B was issued with a false guarantee from H, I, and J, even though the defendant B had not purchased it from the defendant B.
