Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2012, at around 07:20, the Defendant driven the 4km section from the Defendant’s house at the time of Ansan to the place of accident by the private-distance intersection in the pentcheon-dong from the office of the Defendant’s house to the office of accident, without the license of a motorcycle.
