The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in CV or driving of a vehicle.

On June 17, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the 15:15th day of June, 2017, and turned back from the east to the west at the 36th day of the Jeju city parking lot on the Folk Tradi Market.

At the time, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving cars, such as reducing speed for persons engaged in driving cars due to frequent traffic of vehicles on the date and time, and properly operating the brake system, while accurately operating them.

However, while the Defendant neglected this and proceeded to the left-hand side of the victim-H (37 years old) who was parked on the road in front of the G Hospital located in Jeju-si, while continuing to drive the E-si (73 years old) drive from the right-hand side of the Defendant’s vehicle to the left-hand side, without stopping the 500 meters away from the vehicle behind the Defendant’s vehicle, the Defendant re-sprinked the left-hand side of the victim-H (37 years old) after the I rocketing car owned by the victim-H (37 years old) in front of the G Hospital located in Jeju-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the said damaged vehicle E-si to repair the said damaged vehicle due to the foregoing occupational negligence, and escaped without taking necessary measures, without destroying the said damaged vehicle I rocketing to repair the said damaged vehicle.
