1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff admitted to the cultural and social sciences university of B University, and was enrolled in the third year at the time of 2018, and was working as the principal of students from January 2018.

B. On July 19, 2018, C reported that he/she was sexual harassment from the Plaintiff to the Student Counseling Center of B University, and the person in charge of the Student Counseling Center conducted an interview with C, a witness, and the Plaintiff.

C. On August 8, 2018, the Human Rights Management Committee of B University decided on August 8, 2018 that the content of sexual harassment claimed by C is recognized based on the investigation by the above counseling center.

On August 13, 2018, the Plaintiff appealed to the above resolution and requested a re-examination, and the said member of the Human Rights Management Committee investigated the Plaintiff and C, etc.

B University Human Rights Management Committee held a meeting on September 5, 2018 on the basis of the re-audit and decided on September 5, 2018, “The Plaintiff, at the time of the sports competition, made a statement that “the Plaintiff would use additional equipment and open at one time,” and that the Plaintiff’s actions constitute sexual harassment at the office of the total student council.”

On September 18, 2018, the Student Guidance Committee of B University passed a resolution on the disposition of probation against the Plaintiff for the following reasons.
