Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a lottery ticket sales store in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

A person who intends to build, rebuild, alter, or remove a structure, object, or other facility, or occupy and use a road (including a road zone) due to any other reason shall obtain permission from a road management authority.

Nevertheless, around April 7, 2015, the Defendant occupied and used the above road by 1.5 meters wide and 3 meters wide from the lottery sales points of the size of the area of the land adjacent to the road management authority without permission from the road management authority.
