Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2020, at around 01:20, the Defendant received 112 reports from the public parking lot in front of the building C in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, stating that “A person under the influence of alcohol on the side of the hospital is used,” and subsequently sent to the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station E Zone E-gu, Incheon, which called “the police officer belonging to the Gyeyang Police Station E-gu, Incheon, requested her returning home,” and assaulted the victim’s left face.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of police officers' lives and bodies.
