1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,831,047 as well as the interest rate from July 4, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)1 and 257(a) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant.”
