Reasons

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:30 on June 6, 2012, the Defendant, without purchasing mandatory insurance, driven 125cc Orala, no number plate, and operated a road in front of the Daegu National University in the Pyeong-si in Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu National University from the right edge of the Daegu National University.
