A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From August 28, 2007, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the Nonghyup branch located in Daegu-dong 1248-8, Seogdong, Daegu-gu, 1248-8, and traded the party shares table.

On February 10, 2014, the Defendant issued a check number E, check amount of KRW 12,00,000, and a check number of KRW 12,000 under the name of the Defendant who was in Seo-gu, Daegu, Daegu, issued a copy of the check number under the name of the Defendant who became in the blank of the date of issuance.

On April 15, 2014, the holder of the check issued three copies of the check (the total sum of 65 million won) on three occasions from February 2, 2014 to March 2014, including that the check was not paid as the suspension of transaction, and each holder of the check presented the check to the above bank during the period of lawful payment, but the Defendant issued three copies of the check (the total sum of 65 million won) from February 2014 to March 2014 as shown in the attached list of crimes, and the check did not receive the suspension of transaction even if each holder of the check presented the check within the period of payment.

The Defendant, from August 28, 2007, entered into a check contract with the Nonghyup branch located in Daegu-dong 1248-8, Seogu, Daegu-gu, 1248-8, and entered into a check contract with the Defendant on April 15, 2014, and was subject to the disposition of suspension of transaction on April 15, 2014.

On October 23, 2014, the Defendant issued Dart, located in the North-Gu F at the border of North Korea, G, a check number H, face value of KRW 35 million on May 9, 2013, G, a check number of each unit number of each branch of the Nonghyup Bank, and a check number of January 10, 2014, a check number I, face value of KRW 30,000,000,000, and a check number I, face value of each unit number of each branch of the Nonghyup Bank, and the issuance date of each copy of the Nong Bank's sexual book number of each on October 23, 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant issued each of the above checks after receiving the disposition of suspension of transaction from the financial institution.
