1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff lent KRW 74,930,000 to the Defendant Company’s account and the Defendant Company’s business account, etc. as the operating fund of the Defendant Company established by C, and only KRW 12,00,000 among them was paid from C. As the Defendant Company is in the debtor’s status as to the above loan, the Defendant Company and C are jointly and severally liable with C to pay the remainder of KRW 62,930,00 and damages for delay.

The evidence presented by the plaintiff alone is insufficient to acknowledge the fact that the defendant company is the debtor for the above loan, and there is no other evidence to prove it. Thus, the plaintiff's above assertion is rejected.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed for reasons.
