A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was known from around June 2019 to the victim B (the family name, the female, the age of 24) and the family life.

On September 8, 2019, the Defendant heard the victim’s words “a person who will no longer communicate with the victim,” from the Southern Seoul Southern Park, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 103. On the same day, around 19:00, the Defendant heard from the victim’s house located in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, that “in-house contact numbers are crossed off.” Then, the Defendant came to go to the victim as “a person who sets off and sets off his book.” At the same time, the Defendant came to the victim as “a person who sets off his book and sets off his forest path in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul along with the victim.”
