1. The Defendants trade 1/5 shares of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff on August 26, 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim:
A. On August 26, 2016, the Plaintiff purchased the real estate indicated in the separate sheet from G (H) in KRW 200 million.
B. G died on August 27, 2016, and his/her heir is the Defendants, who are children.
C. Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on August 26, 2016 with respect to each of the 1/5 shares inherited among the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.
2. Claim against Defendant 1, 3, 4, and 5: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant 2: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
